Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Competence in optimizing software components for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.

The following are the mandatory skill requirements for this role:

1) Hands-on implementation experience in SAP FSCM Advanced Credit Management - at least two
2) Experience in FSCM conversion activities
3) Experience working in ECC to S4HANA conversion projects
3) Ability to directly engage with clients, understand and gather requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and proof of concepts
