Job Description & Summary: A career within…. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist the SAP PMO team in tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables. 

  • Help maintain documentation related to SAP project plans, schedules, status reports, risks, and issues. 

  • Support project managers with data collection, reporting, and preparation of presentations for stakeholders. 

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure communication flows smoothly across project teams. 

  • Assist in maintaining project management tools and repositories. 

  • Monitor adherence to project governance and highlight potential delays or bottlenecks. 

  • Help capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP PMO. 

  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to gather project updates and support change control processes. 

  • Learn and apply project management best practices and SAP-specific methodologies.
