Relationship Manager - Retail

  • Client Acquisition: Find and onboard new retail clients through trusted professional networking and outreach.
  • Financial Advising: Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate retail banking or financial products (e.g., accounts, loans, investments).
  • Account Servicing: Handle day-to-day requests, queries, and proactive check-ins to retain customers.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional bank services or up-sell financial solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints quickly to preserve trust.
