Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP IM Consultant with strong functional and process expertise who can independently drive topics, advise stakeholders, and contribute to end-to-end SAP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Strong end-to-end process knowledge with the ability to understand dependencies across different SAP modules and business processes.
- Ability to proactively lead process-related topics and provide comprehensive consulting based on SAP standard solutions and best practices.
- Ability to independently analyze business requirements, challenge them where appropriate, and translate them into suitable SAP solutions.
- Experience in creating Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and providing clear specifications and handovers to development teams.
- Ability to independently drive assigned topics from requirement clarification through solution design and implementation.
- Strong communication skills with an open, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Very strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP IM.
- Good understanding of adjacent SAP modules is highly desirable, particularly SD, MM, PP, QM, and TM.
- High degree of proactivity, ownership, and independence.
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience or process knowledge in the chemical industry is considered an advantage.
- Ability to look beyond individual functional areas and provide cross-process and cross-module expertise.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP IM Consultant
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
