About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Intern Analyst

In this role, you will:

• Participate in formal internship program and workshops for low complexity initiatives within Internship Program
• Review various assignments to become familiar with policies and procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low-to-medium risk tasks and deliverable
• Receive direction from a manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for the supported area
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Structured problem solving and analytical thinking.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical requirements.
• Interest in technology, digital products, and process improvement.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, technology, analytics, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Evidence of initiative and teamwork through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Exposure to Agile delivery, product management, business analysis, data analytics, AI tools, or software-development concepts.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Interest in financial services and technology-enabled business solutions.

Job Expectations:

• Support the delivery of digital products, applications, and business capabilities.
• Work with business and technology teams to understand needs and document requirements.
• Assist in maintaining product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery progress.
• Support testing, implementation, release readiness, and post-release activities.
• Analyze delivery data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare concise presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and responsible use of AI-enabled solutions.
