Technical Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of Salesforce.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions that enhance our business processes and improve user experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance code quality.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce.com features and enhancements to leverage them in development.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows for future reference.
• Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Architect.
• Experience with third-party integrations and tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successful software development projects, particularly on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
