Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration services. The role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating these into practical business and technology solutions. Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer facilitates discussions around transformation initiatives, customer experience journeys, and functional or application design considerations. This position demands active collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the technology and business solutions align precisely with the client s needs, fostering seamless integration and effective implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to promote clarity and shared understanding.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
