Senior Process Expert, Operations

The EMR Operations Sr Process Expert is responsible for managing day-to-day Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with established processes and standards. The role involves leading a team, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvements, and delivering performance against defined KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Purpose of the role:

Looking for a candidate with experience in Equipment Maintenance & Repair (EMR) operations, responsible for managing daily operations, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, handling vendor and stakeholder queries, and ensuring smooth container maintenance and repair processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational reporting and analytics, process improvement, compliance adherence, and the ability to drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in logistics, container operations, vendor management, and performance reporting is preferred.

You will be Responsible for:

  • Managing daily EMR operations and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are achieved.

  • Monitoring workflow, productivity, and quality to meet operational targets.

  • Handling vendor, depot, and stakeholder queries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Overseeing container maintenance and repair activities with accuracy and compliance.

  • Building strong relationships with vendors, depots, and internal stakeholders.

  • Preparing operational reports and analyzing performance trends.

  • Driving process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Ensuring adherence to EMR policies, repair procedures, and industry standards.

  • Supporting audits, special projects, business transformation, and automation initiatives.

  • Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelor's degree.

Fluent in English with good communication skills.
