Job Title - Software Prod & Plat Engineer Management Level: 09 Location: Bengaluru / Gurugram Must have skills: Backend Development (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), Docker, AWS, Relational Databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Unit & Integration Testing, hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude), strong Computer Science fundamentals Good to have skills: Kubernetes, Frontend Development (React / Angular / HTML), building custom AI skills / tools Experience: Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification: B.Tech / BE from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / BITS / IIIT or equivalent top-tier college) Job Summary: We don't want you typing - we want you thinking; let AI be your typist. As a Software Prod & Plat Engineer at Accenture LearnVantage (ALV), you'll be a hands-on, AI-native engineer who builds and owns components, uses AI agents to move fast, and applies rigorous and responsible judgment to the code you ship. With strong CS fundamentals, you pick up new languages and stacks quickly and aren't afraid of unfamiliar territory. Roles & Responsibilities: Build and own backend components and features, hands-on in code, with growing independence. Use AI development tools (Cursor / Claude) day in, day out to accelerate delivery - rigorously and responsibly, reviewing and verifying what ships. Write unit and integration tests; follow strong engineering hygiene (Git, CI/CD, deployments). Collaborate across the team to convert requirements into working, well-tested solutions. Continuously learn - new languages, tools, and parts of the stack - grounded in CS fundamentals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Hands-on backend development in a widely used language (Java / Golang / Node.js / C#), backed by solid CS fundamentals. Hands-on experience with Docker, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL). First-hand experience writing unit and integration tests. Demonstrable, current use of AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude). Good to have: Kubernetes, and working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
