QA / QC Executive

Job description

Required Candidature:

• Experience: 5 years of relevant experience as an Architect.
• Education: Bachelor’s / Masters in Architecture.
• Software – AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion
• Salary: Based on candidate’s interview performance, experience, skills and previous drawn salary.
• Immediate Joiners preferred
• Work from Office (Mysore, Karnataka)

Responsibilities and Duties

•       Design, document, and execute multiple simultaneous high-quality projects, by collaborating with all internal and external teams.

•       Take part in forming the conceptual framework for the project.

•       Incorporate into projects our standards, goals, and brand ideals.

•       Design, coordinate, and document custom spaces and elements when needed.

•       Communicate regularly to management and the project team with project updates, for example, of the status of each project, potential issues on site, etc

•       Flag any issues that may arise during the entire project, from deal release to the opening, take ownership of them and work together with your team internally to resolve them.

•       With supervision, produce all design and hand-off packages for a project utilizing, programming and operations skillset.

•       Support teams in the due diligence process as needed.

•       Participate in project teams that include high profile/high visibility projects.

•       Perform site visits

•       Upgrade skillset as required by the company.

•       Additional Design Responsibilities as assigned.
