- Responsible for managing mortgage portfolio resolutions within the retail banking sector. - Oversee and coordinate resolution strategies for mortgage accounts to optimize portfolio performance. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective handling of mortgage-related issues and customer resolutions. - Monitor and analyze portfolio data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies related to mortgage portfolio management. - Drive initiatives to reduce non-performing assets and improve recovery rates. - Manage stakeholder communication and reporting related to portfolio resolutions. - Support risk mitigation efforts through proactive portfolio management and resolution planning.Job role
