Hiring: Organic Growth Marketing | Assets & Liabilities 

Experience: 8–12 Years 

We are looking for a senior Organic Growth Marketing professional with 8–12 years of experience to drive scalable, measurable organic acquisition and growth for BFSI/NBFC products across SEO, AIO, GenAI, ChatGPT-led discovery, content. 

What he will work on: ● Own the Organic Growth strategy across SEO, AIO (AI Optimization), content, organic search discoverability and emerging AI-led discovery platforms. ● Drive measurable growth in organic traffic, qualified leads, applications, account openings, conversions and revenue. ● Develop strategies to improve brand/product visibility across Google Search, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI/LLM-powered discovery platforms. ● Use AI/GenAI and automation for keyword discovery, content intelligence, competitor analysis, customer intent mapping, content creation, optimisation and experimentation. finance. ● Continuously analyse CAC, conversion rate, lead quality, approval rates, activation, retention and LTV to identify growth opportunities. ● Use customer, search and funnel data to identify high-intent cohorts, content gaps and new organic acquisition opportunities. ● Partner closely with Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Brand, CRM and Performance Marketing teams. ● Ensure organic growth initiatives comply with BFSI regulatory, legal, risk and compliance requirements. ● Build executive dashboards and business cases backed by numbers, ROI and incremental impact. ● Present performance, insights, experiments and growth opportunities to senior management and leadership, with the ability to influence decisions through data and a strong business narrative. This is an Internal document. ● Lead agencies and establish clear KPIs and drive execution against ambitious growth targets. ● Develop an AI-first organic acquisition framework across Search + LLM ecosystems. ● Identify high-value AI search/query opportunities and optimise content for both traditional search engines and LLM discovery. 

What we’re looking for: ● 

8–12 years of experience in Organic Growth, SEO, Digital Growth, Content, AIO preferably within BFSI, NBFC, FinTech or financial services. ● Strong understanding of SEO + AIO + LLM/AI discovery + content strategy + conversion optimisation. ● Strong exposure to BFSI customer journeys and metrics such as Leads, Applications, Approval Rate, Account Opening, Activation, CAC, Revenue and LTV. ● Highly numbers-oriented and commercially driven, with the ability to connect organic marketing activity directly to business outcomes. ● Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Adobe, Search Console, BI dashboards and marketing analytics platforms. ● Demonstrated ability to build and defend data-backed recommendations and business cases. ● Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and convince senior management. ● Comfortable operating across Marketing, Product, Technology, Analytics, Risk and Compliance. ● Experience managing teams, agencies and multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
