Business Development - Strategic Electronics
Business Development – Defence Electronics (10+ Years Experience)
The Business Development – Defence Electronics role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing opportunities across Defence Electronics, C4ISR, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Communication, Sonar, Autonomous Systems, and other strategic defence domains and EMS business. The role involves engaging with customers such as the Indian Armed Forces, DRDO, DPSUs, Ministry of Defence, and international defence organisations, while formulating business strategies, building strategic partnerships, analysing market trends, and developing a strong order pipeline.
The incumbent will lead the complete bid lifecycle, including opportunity qualification, capture planning, solution development, proposal management, costing and pricing, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Working closely with engineering, programme management, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, the role ensures delivery of competitive, customer-centric solutions that support revenue growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives in domestic and export markets.
