Accounts Manager

Favourite Fruit Preservation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance at our Sikandra, Agra facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and voucher entries in Tally Prime (sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal)

• Prepare and verify sales/purchase invoices, debit and credit notes

• Handle GST working and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS deduction and returns

• Perform bank reconciliation and manage petty cash

• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers; follow up on outstanding payments and collections

• Support month-end and year-end closing; coordinate with CA/auditors during audits

• Prepare basic MIS and expense/stock reports for management

• Ensure timely filing of statutory dues and returns (GST, TDS, PF/ESI as applicable)

Requirements:

• Graduate (B.Com or equivalent), preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel

• Basic understanding of GST and TDS provisions

• Good communication skills; freshers with a relevant educational background are welcome to apply
