Job Description

Team Leader – Field Sales (QR & Sound Box)Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
  • Drive daily sales and merchant onboarding targets.
  • Visit markets and shops with the team to generate new business.
  • Promote and install QR codes and Sound Box devices for merchants.
  • Train team members on sales pitches, product features, and onboarding processes.
  • Monitor daily team performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Handle merchant queries and resolve field-level issues.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales and installation targets.
  • Coordinate with the management team for regular updates and performance tracking.
