Business Head

JB Sports Hub is looking for an experienced and responsible Business Head to manage and grow our complete business operations.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day business management, event planning, sports tournaments, JBPL operations, staff management, accounting coordination, sales, marketing and business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete day-to-day operations of JB Sports Hub.
• Plan and execute cricket tournaments, JBPL and other sports events.
• Manage Event Planning, Hosting & Event Staff.
• Handle team members, coaches, ground staff and support staff.
• Supervise daily income, expenses, payments and accounting records.
• Manage company systems, authorised business accounts and official records.
• Coordinate with players, team owners, coaches, sponsors and customers.
• Develop new tournaments, events, sponsorships and revenue opportunities.
• Handle marketing, sales, customer leads and business development.
• Submit daily business/operations reports to the Owner.
• Take responsibility for achieving business growth and operational targets.
• Candidate Requirements 3+ years of experience in Business Management / Operations / Event Management / Sports Management / Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting, Excel/Google Sheets and business operations.
• Ability to manage multiple events and teams simultaneously.
• Confident, responsible and highly organised.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
• Sports/Event Management experience will be preferred.

ImportantThis is not a regular office-management position. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete business operations and help grow the company.

The selected candidate will work directly with the Owner, Mrs. Babita Rana, while coordinating with the Chief Director, Satyendra Singh Rana, on strategic matters.
