Job Description

Role Overview : Visit prospective customers, assess their requirement, present ST Green Energy's rooftop solar solution, and close the sale.


Responsibilities :

  • Visit prospect homes, review the electricity bill, explain the system and pricing.
  • Present the value case and hold price against cheaper competitors. Sell on warranty, service, and ROI not discounts.
  • Assist the customers with financing/loan.
  • Follow up on assigned leads via calls and revisits until closed or clearly dead.
  • Update CRM the same day, every visit and call.
  • Hand off closed customers to the paperwork/subsidy and installation teams.


Requirements :

  • Proven field-sales track record in any high-ticket/considered-purchase category, solar experience not necessary, will train.
  • Confident and unshaken by price pushback.
  • Comfortable with basic numbers (bill-reading/payback math taught on job)
  • Driving License (a two-wheeler will be provided from us).


Key skills : Objection handling and negotiation, value-based closing, rapport-building with hesitant buyers, resilience under rejection, follow-up/CRM discipline.
