Construction Manager Track- 

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of track works (ballastless/ballasted track, turnout installation, welding, stressing, etc.).
• Coordination with civil, signalling, traction, and client teams for work fronts and interfaces.
• Monitoring progress against project schedules and achieving milestone targets.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, specifications, and approved procedures.
• Managing subcontractors, manpower, machinery, and material availability.
• Conducting site inspections and resolving technical issues.
• Ensuring safety compliance and implementation of HSE requirements.
• Preparing progress reports, resource plans, and recovery plans for delays.
• Supporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
