Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales and build brand awareness for our products/services. In this role, you will be required to meet clients directly in the market, generate new leads, and achieve the company's sales targets. If you enjoy working actively in the field and possess strong communication skills, this job is for you.

• Key Responsibilities:Field Visits & Lead Generation: Conduct daily field visits in the market, identify potential new customers (B2B/B2C), and generate active leads.
• Client Meetings & Pitching: Meet with clients face-to-face, explain the features and benefits of the company's products/services, and understand their requirements.
• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the given deadlines.
• Marketing & BTL Activities: Execute on-ground marketing strategies (such as promotional events, canopy setups, pamphlet distribution, and local branding initiatives).
• Relationship Building: Acquire new clients while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Market Research & Feedback: Keep an eye on competitor activities, track market trends, and share customer feedback with the management team.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain a proper record of daily visits, sales pipelines, and meetings, and submit daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.
• Payment Collection: Follow up on and collect payments for closed sales as required.
