Key Responsibilities

Hybrid Communication: Manage inbound service queries while performing outbound sales follow-ups.

Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and suggest the right technical products or EMI solutions.

Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for service issues, ensuring a quick and professional resolution.

Lead Conversion: Turn service interactions into sales opportunities by highlighting the value of our specialized services.

Database Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, service tickets, and sales leads.
