Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Telecalling Professional who excels at both supporting existing clients and driving new business growth. In this hybrid role, you will be the voice of our company—solving technical or service-related issues while identifying opportunities to offer additional solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
Hybrid Communication: Manage inbound service queries while performing outbound sales follow-ups.
Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and suggest the right technical products or EMI solutions.
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for service issues, ensuring a quick and professional resolution.
Lead Conversion: Turn service interactions into sales opportunities by highlighting the value of our specialized services.
Database Management: Keep accurate records of client interactions, service tickets, and sales leads.
