Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Executive to handle accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation-related work for clients in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial records and perform day-to-day bookkeeping.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Assist with US and Canadian tax preparation and compliance.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

Manage payroll processing and monthly accounting activities.

Work with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.                                          

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

1–3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.

Basic knowledge of US and Canadian accounting and taxation.

Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.

Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of US GAAP and Canadian accounting standards.

Familiarity with US tax forms and Canadian GST/HST.

Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
