Assistant HR manager

JOB DESCRIPTION – ASSISTANT HR MANAGER

The Assistant HR Manager will support daily HR operations, employee management, recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR compliance to ensure smooth functioning across all outlets.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Handle attendance, payroll inputs, leave records, and salary coordination.
• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, POSH).
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance management.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and implementation across outlets.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower data.
• Coordinate with department heads and management for HR-related matters.
• Required QualificationsGraduate or MBA in Human Resources.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Good knowledge of payroll, recruitment, labour laws, PF, and ESIC.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
