Job Description

Position: Back Office Cum Personal Assistant

Company: Skylark Elemech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience:0 to 3 Years

Gender:Female Preferred

Salary:₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on Experience & Skills)

Working Hours:10:30 AM to 6:30 PM


Job Role : We are looking for a smart, organized and responsible Back Office Cum Personal Assistant who can assist in daily business operations, customer follow-ups and office management.


Responsibilities


✔ Maintain Excel Sheets and Office Records

✔ Update CRM and Client Follow-up Records

✔ Schedule Meetings with Interior Designers, Architects and Clients

✔ Coordinate with Director for Daily Tasks

✔ Make Basic Cold Calls and Follow-up Calls

✔ Prepare Quotations, Emails and Documents

✔ Vendor and Purchase Data Entry

✔ Maintain Files and Digital Folders

✔ Coordinate with Site Engineers and Clients

✔ Assist Director in Meetings whenever required

✔ Manage WhatsApp Business and Email Communication


Skills Required

✔ Good English Communication

✔ Good Knowledge of MS Excel

✔ Email Drafting Skills

✔ Good Telephone Etiquette

✔ Smart & Professional Personality

✔ Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks

✔ Basic Knowledge of Google Sheets

✔ Fast Learner and Responsible Attitude
