• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle daily back-office and administrative activities.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and other documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain records in MS Excel.
• Maintain customer and supplier records.
• Handle business-related WhatsApp communication.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of company records.
• Perform other back-office tasks assigned by management.
• Required Skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Gujarati and Hindi communication preferred.
• Good typing and data-entry skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.
• Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or similar work.
• Freshers with good computer and Excel skills can also apply.

Preferred CandidateA responsible, organized, and detail-oriented person who can efficiently manage documentation, data entry, follow-ups, and coordination between different departments.
