Job Description

  • Insurance policy ka data entry karna – customer/vehicle details system mein bharna.
  • Vehicle documents verify karna – RC, Aadhaar/PAN, previous policy, etc.
  • Insurance policy generate/renew karna aur documents upload karna.
  • RTO-related documents aur applications ka record maintain karna.
  • Customer se missing documents ke liye call/WhatsApp par follow-up karna.
  • Excel/software mein daily records update karna.
  • Policy payment, quotation aur policy status ka tracking karna.
  • Insurance company/RTO portal par online work karna.
  • Sales team ke cases ki processing aur coordination karna.
  • Daily/weekly reports banana.
