Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)We’re looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) who can contribute to business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, effective follow-ups, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new business leads through calls, references, digital channels, and other sources.
• Connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and explain suitable business solutions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into successful closures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.
• Coordinate with the Operations and internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain updated records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and closures.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
• Identify new business opportunities and support overall revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A target-driven and result-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up, convincing, and client-handling abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting.
• Freshers as well as candidates with relevant sales/business development experience can apply.
