Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle day-to-day customer enquiries, follow-ups, and communications.

·      Prepare quotations, product information, offers, and business proposals.

·      Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product details, documents, samples, and order requirements.

·      Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.

·      Follow up on pending quotations, documents, samples, approvals, and orders.

·      Support international customers, importers, distributors, and business partners.

·      Assist in market research, lead generation, and business development

activities.

Requirements

·      Good English communication and email-writing skills.

·      Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, LinkedIn, and online tools.

·      Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

·      Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.

·      Experience in pharma, nutraceuticals, medical devices, or exports is an advantage.

·      Freshers with good communication and computer skills can apply.
