Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with provided leads to introduce company products and services
- Clearly explain financial products and address client queries
- Generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and conversions
- Submit daily calling reports and performance updates
Key Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or financial product selling
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with calling and handling client conversations
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B or service-based sales
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
