Job Description
Career Advisor (BDE) : We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Career Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential candidates (cold calls & scheduled calls).
- Understand candidates' job requirements and career goals.
- Explain our job placement services and packages.
- Guide candidates through the enrollment process.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain call records and update lead status.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
