Generalist | Job Description 

Grow More Bullion is hiring a full-time, on-site junior generalist to manage day-to-day digital marketing across wholesale and retail audiences. The role covers content, digital channels, campaigns, website visibility, and enquiry tracking, with all customer enquiries handed to the sales team.

What You Will Do

* Plan and execute digital marketing across social media, Meta and Google advertising, website content, SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn,

and WhatsApp Business.

* Create and maintain a monthly content and campaign calendar for wholesale and retail customers. Write captions, prepare basic

designs, and produce simple short-form content; coordinate specialist production as the team grows.

* Set up and manage paid campaigns within budgets approved by the CEO. Monitor performance, improve campaigns, and report

spend and results. The monthly advertising budget will be set by management.

* Maintain website and business-profile content, improve basic search visibility, and use analytics tools to understand website

traffic and campaign sources.

* Record marketing enquiries and their sources, then pass all enquiries directly to the sales team for follow-up.

* Share regular reports with the CEO covering qualified enquiries, sales contribution, campaign performance, and brand

awareness; recommend next steps based on results.

* Verify product specifications, prices, and claims with the company before publication.

What You Should Bring

* 1 to 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience, including at least 1 continuous year in one role; candidates should be able to

explain shorter roles.

* A degree or diploma in Marketing.

* Hands-on working knowledge of social media publishing, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, basic SEO, website content updates,

analytics and lead tracking.

* Ability to write clear marketing copy, make basic visual content, organize work independently, and report results accurately.

* Gujarati and English communication skills are preferred but are not mandatory.

How Success Will Be Measured

Progress in qualified enquiries, sales contribution, and brand awareness, alongside accurate lead handoff to sales and timely

campaign reporting.
