Job Description
Role: HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to handle recruitment and basic HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and management throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer, joining, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee and candidate records.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Handle basic employee queries and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll-related data and HR reports.
Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
Perform other HR/administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream; HR qualification is an advantage.
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Office.
Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
