International Package Executive

Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced International Package Executive to handle international holiday packages, understand customer requirements, prepare customized itineraries, coordinate with suppliers, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for international tour packages.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements, budget, preferences, and travel dates.
• Design and customize international holiday packages and itineraries.
• Prepare quotations and share package details with customers.
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport providers, sightseeing operators, and other vendors.
• Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage hotel, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements.
• Coordinate visa-related documentation and provide basic visa guidance to customers.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and customer communication.
• Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after the customer's trip.
• Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and customer queries professionally.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email communication.
• Ability to prepare professional quotations and itineraries.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to convert leads into bookings.
• Basic knowledge of international hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and visa processes.
• Good spoken and written English.

Experience

0–3 years of experience in an international travel agency/tourism company is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills and strong interest in the travel industry may also be considered.

Education

Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field preferred.
