Job Description
A Jewellery Sales Executive greets showroom customers, presents gold, diamond, or gemstone collections, and closes sales transactions while meeting monthly targets. Greet walk-in clients, listen to their requirements, and offer personalized jewellery suggestions.Explain designs, metal purity (e.g., gold carat), diamond grades, gemstone qualities, and current pricing. Achieve or exceed individual and showroom sales goals by cross-selling and upselling high-value pieces. Maintain neat displays, handle daily counter stock counts, and process accurate billing via the POS (Point of Sale) system. Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and attendance at special festive exhibitions.
