Job Vacancy – Office Boy / Office AssistantWorking Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Serve water to clients, visitors and staff.
• Maintain daily office cleaning and housekeeping.
• Keep cabins, tables, meeting rooms and washrooms clean.
• Maintain tea, coffee, drinking water and pantry supplies.
• Help with photocopying, printing, scanning and other small office work.
• Assist staff with general office-related work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the firm.

Candidate Requirements:

• Honest, hardworking and punctual.
• Polite and well-mannered.
• Should maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Previous experience as an Office Boy is preferred.
• Preference will be given to male candidates from Rajasthan.

काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• ऑफिस में स्टाफ और मेहमानों के लिए चाय-कॉफी बनाना और देना।
• मेहमानों और स्टाफ को पानी देना।
• ऑफिस की रोजाना साफ-सफाई करना।
• केबिन, टेबल, मीटिंग रूम और बाथरूम साफ रखना।
• चाय, कॉफी, पानी और पेंट्री का सामान व्यवस्थित रखना।
• जरूरत पड़ने पर फोटोकॉपी, प्रिंट और दूसरे छोटे-मोटे ऑफिस के काम करना।
• ऑफिस के सभी सामान्य कामों में सहयोग करना।
• फर्म द्वारा समय-समय पर दिए गए अन्य काम करना।

उम्मीदवार के लिए जरूरी बातें:

• ईमानदार, मेहनती और समय पर आने वाला हो।
• व्यवहार अच्छा और विनम्र हो।
• साफ-सफाई का ध्यान रखने वाला हो।
• पहले ऑफिस बॉय का काम किया हो तो अच्छा रहेगा।
• राजस्थान के पुरुष उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
