Job Description
- Manage budget allocation, campaign pacing, and optimization across Meta and Google Ads.
- Develop and optimize audience targeting strategies, including remarketing and lookalike audiences.
- Set up and maintain GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking, attribution, and CRM integration from enquiry to disbursal.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
- Optimize landing pages and lead funnels to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Track and report key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and cost per disbursal.
- Analyze campaign performance and scale successful campaigns while reducing ineffective spend.
- Collaborate with creative, content, sales, and CRM teams to improve overall funnel performance.
- Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and RBI financial-services advertising guidelines.
- Maintain proper ad account structure, documentation, and tracking hygiene.
- Explore WhatsApp, email, SMS, and regional campaigns for retargeting and growth.
