Social Media Manager

About the RoleShievon is looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to lead and grow our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, short-form video, trends, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Shievon’s social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and platform updates.
• Develop engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and brand-focused content.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and internal teams for content production.
• Manage daily community engagement, including comments and messages.
• Track and analyze social media performance, reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports and use insights to improve content strategy.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for brand growth.
• Maintain consistency in Shievon’s brand voice, visual identity, and communication.
