Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Manager who has strong knowledge of the real estate industry, lead generation, sales operations, and property portals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads through various property portals and other sources.

- Handle sales operations and ensure smooth coordination from lead generation to closure.

- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.

- Have complete knowledge of real estate projects, market trends, property portals, and sales processes.

- Conduct follow-ups with clients and convert leads into successful deals.

- Maintain lead records, reports, and sales performance tracking.

- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and internal teams for smooth operations.

- Develop strategies to improve sales and business growth.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales/Operations.

- Strong knowledge of property portals and lead management.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle teams and manage sales targets.

- Knowledge of the real estate market and customer handling.

Experience: Relevant experience in Real Estate Industry preferred.
