Job Description
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and references.
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers and update the CRM or sales database.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to manage incoming leads and improve conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.
