1️ Sales Target Achievement
· Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
· Generate new leads
· Close orders efficiently
· Maintain daily sales report
2️ Dealer & Distributor Development
· Appoint new dealers
· Maintain relationship with existing dealers
· Increase repeat orders
· Monitor competitor activities
3️ Project Sales
· Visit contractors, builders, architects
· Promote Highbay, Flood & Street Lights
· Handle government & private project inquiries
· Prepare quotations
4️ Market Expansion
· Identify new territories
· Conduct field visits
· Participate in exhibitions
· Promote brand visibility
5️ Collection Coordination
· Coordinate with Collection Executive
· Follow up on outstanding payments
· Ensure credit discipline
6️ Reporting & MIS
· Daily visit report
· Weekly sales review
· Lead conversion tracking
· Market feedback report
