Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinate with the customers for daily requirements.

·        Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.

·        Maintain and update customer and sales records.

·        Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending payments.

·        Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales team.

·        Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

·        Prepare sales reports and assist the sales team with daily activities.

Skills Required:

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

·        Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

·        Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

·        Prior experience in sales coordination or back-office operations will be preferred.
