Sales Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, handle customer inquiries, coordinate quotations and orders, and ensure smooth communication between customers, sales engineers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, phone, and other channels.
• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders, and payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper records of inquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain CRM/Excel records.
• Coordinate dispatches and provide customers with delivery updates.
• Understand basic industrial automation products and their applications.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
