Job Description
- Assist sales representatives with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client communications.
- Ensure sales targets and quotas are tracked and reported.
- Maintain sales records, databases, Agreements and CRM systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
- Prepare reports for management on sales activities and outcomes.
- Scheduling, reporting, admin tasks, team support
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the right sales representative.
- Communicate with finance for billing and payment updates
- Assist in onboarding new sales staff by providing process guidance.
