Job Description
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and monitor customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform Ledger Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and manage Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle GST-related accounting, returns and compliance.
- Manage TDS calculation, deductions, records and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day banking transactions and coordination with banks.
- Manage Export & Import accounting and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors and banks for accounting-related matters.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Assist management with MIS, reports and other finance-related requirements.
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLSStrong knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
- Good knowledge of Ledger Management & Reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of GST & TDS.
- Knowledge of Banking & Bank Reconciliation.
- Practical knowledge of Export & Import transactions.
- Good understanding of Export procedures, documentation and related accounting entries.
- Good MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
