Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to build and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate understands how to turn a brand story into engaging content, grow communities, and create social media campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business results.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Shievon’s social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Ideate engaging content including Reels, posts, carousels, stories, videos, and social-first campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, memes, audio, creator trends, and platform algorithms.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, CTAs, and other social media copy while maintaining Shievon’s brand voice.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, influencers, and other creative partners to execute content.
• Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, collaborations, contests, and seasonal content.
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, and other relevant KPIs.
• Use analytics and audience insights to continuously improve content strategy and performance.
• Manage the brand’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant conversations.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities for Shievon to stand out.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to ensure social media activities support overall business objectives.
• Explore influencer and creator collaborations to increase brand visibility and reach.
