Solar Back Office & Liaisoning Executive

📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

🕘 Employment: Full-Time | Office-Based

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Solar Back-Office Filing / Liaisoning

Freshers are not eligible for this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete handling of PM Surya Ghar National Portal registration and processing

• DISCOM portal filing, documentation and regular liaisoning

• Managing Feasibility, Net Metering, WCR & Commissioning processes

• Subsidy application, documentation and follow-up

• Handling portal objections, corrections, queries and pending cases

• Coordinating with customers, DISCOM officials and internal departments

• Maintaining accurate project-wise MIS, status tracking and follow-ups

• Ensuring files move through each stage within the required timeline

• Taking ownership of customer files until successful closure

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✅ Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in solar filing / liaisoning

✅ Practical knowledge of UGVCL, MGVCL, PGVCL, DGVCL and/or Torrent Power processes

✅ Experience with PM Surya Ghar / Residential Rooftop Solar projects preferred

✅ Ability to independently manage customer files and portal processes

✅ Strong knowledge of Excel, Email & Documentation

✅ Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills

✅ Gujarati & Hindi communication is mandatory

✅ Detail-oriented, responsible and capable of working with deadlines

SALARY💰 As per Performance

Compensation will be based on the candidate’s relevant experience, practical knowledge and ability to independently handle solar files.
