Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Study Abroad Counselor to join Overseas Arena. The role involves guiding students through the complete study-abroad journey — from counseling and university applications to visa processes and interviews.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle B2C calling and lead generation to counsel prospective students.
• Provide accurate guidance on university selection, application process, and documentation.
• Advise students on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
• Prepare students for university interviews and other admission-related processes.
• Maintain strong follow-up and conversion of leads into successful enrollments.

1. Requirements (Total 5)Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counseling / education consultancy / B2C sales.
2. Strong knowledge of B2C calling and lead handling.
3. Good understanding of visa processes (student visas for popular destinations).
4. Familiarity with university application processes and documentation.
5. Experience in preparing students for interviews and guiding them through the complete admission cycle.
