Job Description

As a Team Member at Taco Bell, you play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work as part of a team to provide fast, friendly service, prepare food, maintain cleanliness, and ensure that guests have a positive dining experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, and process payments.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to Taco Bell’s standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Stock supplies and rotate products as needed.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work as part of a team to meet service and quality goals.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
