Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Telecaller to handle calls with new clients and BrickVia Partners.
- ResponsibilitiesCall new clients and understand their property requirements.
- Explain BrickVia and our property services.
- Call new BrickVia Partners and explain the Partner process.
- Explain how to use WhatsApp Status for BrickVia properties.
- Answer Partner and client queries and resolve basic doubts.
- Follow up with clients and Partners regularly.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English preferred.
- Confident and polite on calls.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Freshers can apply.
