Sales & Marketing Executive

Tracewatt is hiring a Growth Specialist with experience in the solar industry.

We are looking for a growth-focused professional who understands the solar market and can help Tracewatt expand its reach among EPC companies, O&M service providers, installers, asset owners, and renewable energy businesses.

Role: Sales Executive– Solar Industry

Experience: Minimum 1+ year in solar industry

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new growth opportunities in the solar market

• Generate and qualify leads from EPCs, O&M companies, installers, and solar plant owners

• Support sales campaigns, outreach, and follow-ups

• Build partnerships and business relationships in the solar ecosystem

• Promote Tracewatt’s AI-powered solar monitoring and O&M platform

• Coordinate demos, client discussions, and proposal follow-ups

• Track market feedback and support growth strategy

Required Skills:

• 1+ year experience in solar industry, business development, growth, or sales

• Strong understanding of solar EPC, O&M, rooftop, or C&I solar market

• Good communication and networking skills

• Ability to research companies and decision-makers

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or renewable energy sales is preferred

Preferred Candidate:

• Candidate from Ahmedabad or Surat will be preferred

• Experience with EPCs, O&M vendors, installers, or solar plant owners is a plus

• Self-motivated and target-oriented candidate
