Telesales Executive

About the roleWe’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Telesales Representative to connect with prospective and existing customers by phone. You’ll explain our products or services, understand customer needs, and help turn conversations into sales.

• ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads.
• Explain product or service features, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable options.
• Meet agreed call, sales, and customer-service targets.
• Record calls, customer details, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain a well-organised pipeline.
• Handle objections and customer concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies and applicable rules for telephone sales.
• RequirementsStrong spoken communication and listening skills.
• A clear, confident, and professional phone manner.
• Customer-focused attitude and motivation to achieve targets.
• Ability to handle objections and stay positive after rejection.
• Good organisation and basic computer skills.
• Previous sales or telesales experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
